The EA-6B Prowler was a four-seat electronic warfare and jamming platform derived from the A-6 Intruder, designed to detect, identify, and neutralize enemy radar and communications. Entering service with the U.S. Navy in 1971, it became the primary electronic attack aircraft for decades, seeing extensive action from Vietnam through the Gulf Wars and beyond. Its elongated fuselage housed sophisticated avionics and antenna systems that made it one of the most capable jamming platforms ever built.
Every aircraft in the Cutler West collection is drafted as a detailed technical blueprint, capturing the airframe in clean, precise line work. It is aviation rendered the way engineers first saw it, on the drawing board, and reads as well in a study or office as it does in a hangar.
