Customer service was amazing. First package got lost in transit and I received the replacement in less than a week! Amazing shop will order again.
The item arrived (looking as if it was shipped in poor weather which can't be avoided) but there was water damage and a piece of the writing at the bottom with a letter that couldn't be made out :/ I tried to use a colored pen to fill it in but definitely a bummer. May need more insulated wrapping to ensure that doesn't happen.
This was a gift and he loved it. Great idea for the sports lover.
Looks nice! I love the coloring and can't wait to give this to my boyfriend for Christmas. So excited! (the item is in my own frame I purchased and not from this shop)
